You may notice we don't have an online calendar. This is because we always try to accommodate you!  So rather than you putting dates in and the calendar not showing availability, as maybe one night is already sold , we find it best to let you ring and we can maybe negotiate a special price for a slightly shorter stay or even change to another week once we have chatted about the area and events that may be on - Go on! Give us a try!

SECURE PAYMENT BY CARD OVER PHONE in advance of your stay. An email booking confirmation/ receipt will be sent securing your stay with us.

Sleeps4 adults plus 1 child's temporary bed/travel cot,  1 bathroom

We supply bedlinen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, and some beverages, and toiletries, all kitchen utensils, crockery and cooking pots and dishes......................... We say just bring yourselves, food and personal toiletries and Unwind, in Wales!

WEEKLY CHANGEOVER/ CHECK-IN TIMES
Normal check-in times are after 4 p.m. but before 10 p.m. Check-out must be by 10 a.m.
E.g. Arrival time is usually Friday at 4 p.m. until departure the following Friday by 10 a.m. 
Dates below show Friday night to Thursday night inclusive. Weekends and shorter stays available. Ring for price.

Terms & Conditions: No dates will be reserved and blocked on availability calendars for guests until non refundable 50% deposit
 is made, the balance being due 3 weeks before arrival .
Full payment will be due on all bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival date.
Cancellation policy: If a guest cancels within 2 weeks of arrival they will receive 50% of tariff paid
